These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bj platform and all services under it. When you create an account on bj, log in, or use any service, you will be considered to have legally agreed to be bound by these Terms.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on bj is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and other selected banks). Once a deposit is successfully processed, it is added to the account promptly.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

3.3 Identity Verification

bj's welcome bonus is 150% on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500, and you must wager ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 before withdrawing.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• The applicable minimum deposit amount must be met to claim a bonus.
• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement, and the bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is met.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already in progress, unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

4.3 Other Promotions

5.1 Betting Rules

All decisions regarding the acceptance and settlement of bets on bj are final and binding. If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, bj reserves the right to void those bets. Bets placed at incorrectly displayed odds will be cancelled.

5.2 Event Cancellation and Suspension

If a match or event is cancelled or suspended, the outcome of that bet will be determined in accordance with bj's specific sports betting rules. Cancelled match bets are generally refunded, but specific rules may apply for each sport.

5.3 Finality of Game Results

Casino and live casino game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. These results are final. If a technical error occurs in a game result, bj will investigate and communicate its decision.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Conducting betting activity using other users' accounts.
• Coordinated betting to earn bonuses (Bonus Abuse or Arbitrage).
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the site to gain an unfair advantage.

bj's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level — from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.0% at Diamond. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week.

6.1 VIP Level Change Conditions

6.2 Cashback Payment

Weekly cashback is automatically credited to the account at the end of each week. The cashback amount is calculated at the applicable rate on the net loss, which is the total losses for that week minus the total winnings.
